A nice hot cup of tea.
In addition to my busy day yesterday, one of my crutches slipped on wet tiles on the way home, and I landed heavily on the more-injured foot. I'm pretty sure I've strained something. It'll heal in a couple of days, but for the moment, it's damned sore.
A good cup of tea helped a lot, though. Now that the Interloper has brought home some milk, I think I'll have another.
