Honeydew, halved.Yes, we cut into Monday's melon. Not green at all on the inside, is it. Now I look at all of it, I think I've seen melons like this referred to as 'Champagne melons' before. It's a little sweeter than a honeydew and lighter in taste, without the cool freshness of the honeydews I'm used to. It's still nice - and as you can see, very juicy.
