French Chocolate Tart.
This is one of my favourite things from one of my favourite bakeries - Rise, in Newtown. I'm not sure what makes it a French tart in particular, but I don't really care; it's decadently rich and chocolatey, and oozes slowly out of its shell and over your fingers as you eat it.
